Deadlines: For regular entry fees, entries must be received by the AGS Office and postmarked on or before June 1, 2008. All entries must be recieved by June 10, 2008. A late fee of $2.00 per entry applies to entries received postmarked after June 1.

Please follow these directions carefully. Please note that two copies of your entry are required.

The official entry form can be filled in online (in the Microsoft Word version) or printed and filled out by hand. Please follow all 3 steps below.

1) Download and fill out the entry form.

2) Send a printed copy of the official entry form, with your check for all fees or your credit card number, to:

3) Send a digital copy of your entry as an email attachment to:

This ensures that your entry will be included in the show book. It is essential that you send both copies of your entry. No entry will be considered official until all fees are received by the AGS Office.
